Bangkok – January 2026 – Major Development Public Company Limited, a leading luxury real estate developer and the pioneer of the Pet Family Residences concept, continues the success of Thailand’s most recognized pet-lover community event with the 4th consecutive edition of “MAJOR DOG DAY”

Held under the theme “WON-DER-FUU,” the event brought together pet owners and their beloved dogs in a warm and vibrant atmosphere inspired by urban adventure camping. The opening ceremony was officiated by Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, highlighting the collaboration between the public and private sectors in promoting the use of public spaces to enhance the quality of life for both city residents and pets in a balanced and sustainable way. The event took place at Chulalongkorn University Centenary Park on Saturday, 17 January 2026.

MAJOR DOG DAY is more than a lifestyle event for dog lovers. The event also serves as a platform to continuously strengthen the growing Pet Family Community, which has expanded steadily year after year.

Since its first launch in 2022, MAJOR DOG DAY has received an overwhelming response from pet lovers nationwide. What began as a passion-driven gathering has evolved into a large-scale community platform welcoming thousands of participants annually. The event has become a recognized lifestyle movement reflecting the global Pet Humanization trend, where pets are embraced as essential members of the family.

For its 4th edition, Major Development elevated the overall experience by integrating entertainment, education, and lifestyle activities throughout the day. Highlights included the Dog Fun Run with newly designed routes suitable for all breeds, Dog Stars Meet & Greet with popular canine influencers, the inspiring K-9 Hero Show, Microchip and Health Check services, the Pawventure Camp activity zone, the Wonder Market featuring more than 40 lifestyle and pet-related brands, creative sessions at the Paw-Made Workshop, and the interactive Happy T(R)ail Rally, all contributing to a complete and engaging experience for both pets and owners.

The event also featured a special talk session titled “Fur for the Better Future,” led by
Ms. Petchlada Poolvaralak, Chief Executive Officer of Major Development Public Company Limited.
During the session, she shared perspectives on enhancing the quality of life for people and pets through thoughtful urban development and future-ready residential design, aiming to foster a society where all lives can coexist with understanding, care, and long-term well-being.

In addition, Major Development partnered with like-minded organizations that share a common vision of elevating pet and owner well-being.
