“Referred Person” of the condominium project must be a person whose name is not in the company's customer database between January 1, 2022 - the registration date. If the company finds that the name of the referred person is in the company's database during that period, the referrer is not entitled to receive a referral fee.
“Referred Person” of the housing/single-family home project must be a person whose name is not in the Company’s customer database. If the Company finds that the name of the referred person is in the Company’s database during the mentioned period, the referrer is not entitled to receive the referral fee.
- Ready-to-move-in condominium projects: The referred person must register and receive the transfer of ownership of the condominium within the period specified by the company only. The date and time specified for making the contract and/or registering and receiving the transfer of ownership will be considered the date recorded and/or received money in the company's system only.
- New condominium projects: The referred person must reserve to purchase, make a sales contract, and pay the reservation fee and the condo contract fee within the period specified by the company only. The date and time specified for making the contract and/or registering and receiving the transfer of ownership will be considered the date recorded and/or received the money in the company's system only.
- House/single house project: The referred person must register and receive the transfer of house ownership within the period specified by the company only. The date and time specified for making the contract and/or registering and receiving the transfer of ownership will be considered the date recorded and/or received money in the company's system only.

The Company reserves the right to change the steps and methods of participating in the activity, as well as the terms and conditions without prior notice. If any disputes arise, whether directly or indirectly, the Company's decision shall be final.
