Insurance Policy

• The first insurance registration is applicable for pets at the age of 3 months - 9 years.
• For pets aged 3 months - 7 years old, no health check-up is required. (Renewable up to 9 years)
• Heath check-up certification is required for pet aged 8-9 years and above.
• Fully vaccine certification is required.
• Pets must not have surgery due to illness prior to the insurance.
• Pets must be in good health condition. No injuries, disabilities, or illnesses.
• Pets must be in Thailand only.
• Limited maximum 1 insurance policy / 1 pet only.
